Saturday, May 2 – Online Church
We will be holding church ONLINE on our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/CJandLanitaGaul/live_videos/) or on our website at https://livingwordwc.com/watch-live. We invite you to join us and receive His touch and revelation from His Word in your home as you worship him.
Saturday, May 9 – Church at the building & Online Church
We will be OPENING Saturday, May 9 at 6pm for those who wish to join us at the church. We want everyone to feel safe so we encourage those who have compromised health issues and those who are not feeling well to observe the stay at home order and join us online through Facebook or on our website (www.livingwordwc.com) if you are inclined to do so.
If you will be joining us online, please note the new service time will be 7pm
instead of 6pm starting May 9th.
We will have food and fellowship starting at 6pm with service beginning at 7pm. Social distancing measures will be in place and masks will be available to those who would like them.
We will have water available to drink and will be having an entree and side dish in lieu of a potluck each week. Servers will be wearing gloves and a mask as they dish out the food and strict disinfecting regimens will be implemented to follow the recommended cleaning guidelines.
In discerning how we are best to move forward, we need to remember a few things:
1. Being Safe: This is not just the government’s responsibility, but it is our call as well for our church community and for the community around us.
2. Being Proactive: We need to be thinking and planning ahead while also implementing all safety precautions around cleaning, wearing masks, hand washing, etc.
3. Being Flexible: We have to be flexible and adaptable to these changing times. We are still learning the rhythm, rules, and dance moves to the rhythm of COVID-19 and each one of us are going to be at different comfort levels at varying times.
